Formlabs Fuse 1 Powder Cartridge
Fuse 1 Powder Cartridge is included with the Formlabs High Efficiency Package. However, you may need more Cartridges to keep your SLS 3D printing going continuous.
Cartridges are used to store and mix renewed and fresh SLS Powder, as well as to load it into the Fuse 1 3D printer.
SLS Powder recovery for Fuse 1
To mix recovered and new material, set the desired refresh percentage on the Fuse Sift display. Powder Recovery Station automatically measures the required Powder amount. The Cartridge is installed on the rotary platform, and Fuse Sift will start the automatic raw material components mixing process.
Use the Cartridge to load the Powder dispensed from the Fuse Sift into the Fuse 1 Hopper.
Reduce equipment downtime by moving modular Cartridges and Build Chambers between Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift.
