The Formlabs Surgical Guide Resin cartridge is the next generation of 3D printing materials for high- quality surgical implant solutions.

• Biocompatible photopolymer resin for 3D printer Form 2 and 3D printer Form 3B;
• CE certified, biocompatible material that meets the requirements of Class I;
• Transparent resin designed for printing with a linear layer resolution of 100 microns and 50 microns on Form printers to create accurate-sized surgical guides and implant templates. After further curing, this material can be chemically disinfected or steam sterilized in an autoclave.

Formlabs Surgical Guide Resin is an autoclavable, biocompatible resin used for 3D printing of various dental surgical solutions for implant placement. Designed specifically for Formlabs printers and thoroughly tested with autoclaves, solvents and implant systems, this material was created from scratch to meet dentists' requirements for part quality, accuracy and performance.

Surgical Guide Resin Compatibility with Formlabs Equipment

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 μm (Form 2), 100 μm (Form 3B).

Requires further curing.

The Resin Tank LT is recommended for Form 2.
