Universal photopolymer flexible resin for 3D printer Formlabs Form 2, Form 3, Form 3B. From it you can create flexible and elastic products with a high degree of detail. Suitable for high-precision 3D printing and the manufacture of miniature products with a layer height of 50 or 100 microns.

This material is well suited for cushioning, damping and shock absorption, and can be used for products such as handles, pads, anatomy of cartilage and ligaments, seals, gaskets, etc.

Formlabs Flexible 80A Resin is a redesigned Flexible Resin polymer formula with improved mechanical properties and a new look. Next-generation material for high-quality 3D printing of flexible and elastic products with a high degree of detail.

Formlabs Flexible 80A Resin is the strongest of the soft materials in the line of flexible and elastic resins from Formlabs with Shore 80A Shore Hardness, which mimics the flexibility of rubber or TPU. Due to the balance of softness and strength, 80A Resin withstands multiple cycles of bending and compression.

The designation "80A" in the name of the material reproduces the Shore hardness. If you need a stronger flexible polymer, use Elastic 50A Resin.

Flexible 80A Resin for flexible solid products

Flexible 80A Resin has improved mechanical properties and a new appearance:

  • Withstands repeated use without cracking. Tensile strength increased by more than 100%, the number of bending cycles - at least one order.
  • Withstands bending and compression. Increased tensile strength, 1.5 times more elongation and reduced residual deformation during compression.
  • Easier to use. Improved printability, 3 times smaller points of contact with supporting structures and reduced curing time by 2 times.
  • New pure color. The new transparent color provides visibility of internal channels and a choice from a wide range of color options when painting the model.

Final polymerization is required.
